1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on www365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the www365 platform.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on www365. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If www365 identifies multiple accounts held by the same player, all such accounts may be suspended pending investigation, any associated bonus funds will be voided, and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited. www365 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. www365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify www365 support immediately via [email protected].

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

www365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

1.5 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your www365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. www365 reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

2.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on www365 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless imposed by your chosen payment provider. All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits funded from accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected and any resulting balance may be voided. www365 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or via any payment method not listed as supported on the platform.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Before processing a withdrawal, www365 may require identity verification and confirmation that all active wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied. www365 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

2.3 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on www365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). www365 does not support multi-currency accounts or automatic currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by their own bank or payment provider when making transactions.

www365 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedures. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the payment system will be suspended immediately pending investigation. www365 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and reserves the right to freeze account balances pending any investigation. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits are not permitted without prior written approval from www365.

3.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your www365 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

3.2 Eligible Games & Contribution Rates

Not all games on the www365 platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. Slots and crash games typically contribute at a higher rate. The contribution rate for each game category will be published in the relevant promotional terms. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

www365 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements, and using automated betting strategies to exploit promotional terms.

3.4 Modifications & Cancellation of Promotions

www365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by players, except where www365 reasonably determines that the offer was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault. In such cases, www365 may void the bonus and restore the player's real-money balance to its pre-bonus state.

4.1 Prohibited Actions

• Using any software, robot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or deliberate loss of funds to another account.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the www365 platform or its game content.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any offensive, abusive, or unlawful content through any platform feature including chat functions.

4.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where www365 determines, acting reasonably, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; withhold or forfeit any pending withdrawals; void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; report the matter to relevant authorities; and pursue legal remedies where applicable.

5.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing the time elapsed and net result of your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the www365 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without fully closing your account.

5.2 Age Verification

www365 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If we have reason to believe that a player is underage, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any real-money winnings obtained by an underage player will be forfeited. www365 uses third-party age verification services where appropriate and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

6.1 Platform Availability

www365 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. www365 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, missed bets, or other financial loss resulting from platform downtime.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction, incorrectly display odds, award an erroneous payout, or produce any other outcome not consistent with the correct operation of the game, www365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. www365 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, communication failures, or data transmission problems between your device and our servers.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www365's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. www365 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your www365 account or a game outcome, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter. www365 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to the management team. All disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

6.5 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. www365 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of www365 complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

7.1 Amendments to These Terms

www365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by posting the updated Terms on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the www365 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

7.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will be interpreted to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.

7.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific promotional terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the www365 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and www365 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
